Return Process

  Once your request is submitted, our technical team will review the claim and may request photos or videos of the product to verify the reported issue.

  Reverse Pickup

  After approval, we will schedule a courier partner to collect the item from your doorstep; please ensure the product is in its original packaging with all accessories included.

  Refund or Replacement

  Upon receiving the product at our warehouse and passing the final inspection, we will trigger your choice of a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement.
